The Glue That Holds It All Together

What I Do
Imagine being the glue, the referee, the air traffic controller, and the office Swiss Army knife all rolled into one — that’s me. By day (and sometimes by late night), I juggle people management with all things CRM and case management, sprinkle in policy updates, and make decisions big and small like a human Magic 8-Ball. I’m the go-to trainer, the resident problem solver, and the lucky soul wedged right between the owner and employees — where diplomacy is both an art and a sport. One minute I’m mapping out a social media calendar with marketing and design, the next I’m tweaking the website, reviewing IP and GC agreements, or jumping into whatever urgent “can you just” project lands on my desk. If it needs doing, I’m probably the one doing it — fueled by coffee, humor, a sprinkle of sarcasm, and the occasional deep sigh.

Background & Experience
I studied business and have always loved management. Even as a teenager, I found myself in leadership roles. I was also a surrogate for friends — and looking back, I now know we navigated that journey without the guidance and protections that should have been in place. That experience is a big part of why I’m here today: to make sure others never feel the same challenges and frustrations I did.

Why I Joined the Team
My surrogacy journey in an independent match left me feeling very alone and without accurate information from professionals in the industry. I wanted to change that for others. With the encouragement of my attorney, Ellen Trachman, I joined the surrogacy world as an admin when she and her sister started their agency. I quickly realized how much I loved helping others have a successful journey and being part of making families possible.

Fun Fact
I know ASL and have worked as an interpreter.

Outside of Work
I love to paint, craft, and garden, and I’m happiest when I’m spending time on fun activities with my family.

What I’m Learning
Right now, I’m focusing on learning new ways to show appreciation and recognize others — because everyone deserves to feel seen and valued.
