Case Manager

Case Manager & Creative Multitasker

What I Do
I wear a lot of hats — case manager, blog writer, video creator, podcast wrangler, and occasional snack supplier. From scheduling podcast guests and making sure episodes actually get posted (because details matter), to cheerleading our amazing GCs and relaying their updates to our intake team (sometimes twice… okay, maybe three times), I keep things moving. I also review estimated cost sheets like a bargain-hunting detective, attend events with a smile (and a snack) in hand, and support Amanda in more ways than I can count — which basically makes me a superhero in comfy shoes.

Background & Experience
Since joining BFF in 2018, I’ve built strong skills in case management, client support, and creative content coordination. I’ve had the privilege of working closely with intended parents, gestational carriers, and professionals across the surrogacy world, helping ensure smooth communication, timely updates, and compassionate support at every step.

What I’m Most Proud Of
Being a calm, reliable presence for intended parents and GCs during such an important journey. Helping create a smooth, positive experience that families can look back on with joy means the world to me.

Why I Joined BFF
I was drawn to BFF because of the meaningful mission: supporting families through surrogacy with compassion and care. I wanted to be part of a team where empathy, humor, and dedication make a real difference every day.

Fun Facts

  • I’m ambidextrous — I can write (or snack!) with either hand.

  • I’m a DIY wizard — give me some tape, glue, or random office supplies and I’ll MacGyver a fix in no time.

  • I talk to my plants. (Yes, they’re definitely listening.)

Outside of Work
I love getting lost in a good book, tending to my garden, or diving into new DIY projects (including the occasional surprise room renovation). I also love making fresh juices to keep me energized. But truth be told, my real sidekick is coffee — it powers me through the chaos and creativity of every day.

What I’m Learning
I’m studying more about the grief process so I can better support clients during their toughest moments. Understanding this helps me bring even more compassion to the work I love.
