Case Manager & Matchmaking Guide

What I Do
As a Case Manager, I support both surrogates and intended parents through every step of the surrogacy journey. I coordinate communication between clinics, attorneys, and clients, while keeping track of important milestones, appointments, and paperwork. My role is to make the process smooth, organized, and supportive so that everyone feels cared for and confident along the way. I also assist with matching coordination — reviewing applications, getting to know both surrogates and intended parents, and helping to create strong, comfortable matches built on trust.

Background & Experience
Before joining BFF, I achieved my Master’s degree in Psychology and Mental Health Therapy.  I worked in case management and mental health services, supporting parents and children in both adoption and state agency settings. My professional experience gave me a strong foundation in guiding families through complex processes with empathy and organization.

I’ve also walked this road personally — I underwent IVF to have my youngest child and later became a surrogate. That experience gave me a deep passion for helping others grow their families. After completing my first surrogacy, I saw firsthand what a profound blessing it was for the couple I helped, and I knew I wanted to dedicate myself to this work.

Why I Joined BFF
I joined because I believe everyone deserves the chance to experience parenthood. Combining my professional background with my personal experiences in IVF and surrogacy felt like the most natural step — and it allows me to connect with and support families on a meaningful level.

Fun Facts

  • I’m a very talented whistler (my family is still jealous!).

  • I love to sing and grew up in choir and singing groups.

Outside of Work
I enjoy traveling, watching sports, and spending quality time with my family. I’m also fascinated by the science of IVF and embryo creation — even though I went through IVF myself, I’m constantly learning about new developments and changes in the field.

My Role in One GIF Because I’m always behind the scenes, working hard to keep everything on track.
