*Referral payments can only be made once per applicant and apply to the first intake/application form.

Step One:

• Refer a friend who meets the surrogacy requirements.

• Your friend fills out the intake form *Your name and email must be included on the bottom of the form as the referral source. If you want your own personal URL for the intake form, reach out and we will send one your way.

• Candidate must speak on the phone to intake coordinator to confirm the form is being filled out by a real person

• You both get a $10 gift card for a coffee on us!

  • If you send 6 or more people your amount increases to $25 per coffee card!!!

Step Two:

• Your friend talks on the phone with our intake coordinator.

• Your friend fills out the full Gestational Carrier Application. (If requirements for surrogacy are not met a full Gestational Carrier application will not be sent or available to fill out and the process will stop.)

• You both receive $250 once the application is received **

  • If you send 6 or more people that amount increases to $500.00 for each referral

Step Three:

• Your friend is matched with Intended Parents

• You both receive $500 **

**The person making the referral and GC candidate must be willing to fill out a form 1099 before the referral bonus can be paid. Please also note that if the person filling out the application intentionally misrepresents items to appear qualified when they are not, the application will not be considered valid and no referral fee will be paid to either party.

***The 1099 is applicable to income earned through the referral program only. No 1099 is issued for GC compensation.
