Hey, everyone, it's Amanda Kinnard-Fuchsgruber, Director of Bright Futures Families Surrogacy, with this week's Ask Question. And today's question is: What if the embryo transfer isn't successful? Do intended parents typically try with the same surrogate multiple times?
And the answer is yes, Typically, they do. Your legal contract usually says that you will try up to three times or up to three transfers. There again, between each transfer, you will talk with the doctor. The intended parents have a choice. The surrogate has a choice. So does it mean you always go to three transfers? No, but it is an option. Let us know if you have any other questions.
