Hi, it's Janelle Ibarra at Bright Futures Families Surrogacy with Ask a Surrogacy Expert. Our question is: Can I work with intended parents I already know? Yes, of course you can. We call that concierge services. So all parties already know each other. Really, what we do as an agency is we do everything except the matching process. So you've done that part. Now we'll take care of making sure everybody goes through the process of medical screenings, psychological screenings, background checks, and everything else we would do for any other journey. The difference is if you were to go independent, you would not have the support of an agency during the things that require a lot of legwork, like navigating certain issues that may come up, legal process and reminders to do things.

And so it really is beneficial to have an agency and you can come to us and say that we are all interested in going on this journey together and we'll just help facilitate that through and make sure everyone is able to do that with clinic guidance, of course. If you have any questions, please let us know.
