And the answer is absolutely yes, you may. We often have intended parents who want to work with a relative or close friend and as an agency we are here to help with that process because surrogacy is very complex and there are many parts to the journey such as legal, medical and financial concerns that can be very overwhelming if you're trying to handle it all by yourself. There is a huge benefit to having an agency even when you know your surrogate and you're using someone that you already know.
