Hi everyone. Ashley Old, case manager with Bright Futures Families Surrogacy, here with your Ask a Surrogate Expert question. And this week's question. Can we save money by sharing an attorney between the gestational carrier and the intended parents? While it might seem like a good way to save some money, all parties truly do need to have their own attorney to ensure everyone's interests are fully protected, including protecting the parentage. It's an important part of keeping the process fair and supportive for all sides. Thanks for the question.
