Today's Ask Video is “Can I still work as a surrogate?” It is a very broad question, and the broad answer is yes. Obviously, it really just depends on the type of work you do. If you are in a high activity job, maybe not till the day you deliver, definitely getting that approval from your OB or physician to work up until you deliver. If you work with toxic chemicals or something that could harm you in the pregnancy, the answer that's most likely no. But again, we'll definitely have to discuss that further on talking to a physician or your doctor handling the care of that pregnancy. But the answer to that is if like you do a simple office job or are a teacher, definitely more open to yes, you can still work.
