Intended parents choose fertility clinics based on embryo location and treatment management. Bright Futures Families considers the surrogate’s willingness to travel when presenting potential surrogate matches with intended parents. The need to travel is minimal, as surrogates generally visit clinic two to three times, mainly for embryo transfer and follow-ups. Surrogates must meet health and procedural standards set by clinics for successful matches. Bright Futures Families surrogacy encourages contact for inquiries and provides support for gestational carriers and intended parents.

Callie here with Bright Futures Families Surrogacy with today's question. And today's question is “Do I as a surrogate get to choose what fertility clinic I want to work with?” And the most common answer or the situation is typically intended parents choose the fertility clinic because that's where their embryos are stored. That's who they choose to work with. But here at Bright Futures Families, we really try to choose, if it's your best wishes to try to use a fertility clinic that is in your area. If traveling is important to you and not wanting to travel is important to you, we really try our best to try to get you to match with intended parents or show you the options of attended parents that are in your area.

So traveling or air traveling is not really an issue for you when it comes to traveling to fertility clinics. Also keep in mind as a surrogate, you don't typically travel gob amount of times. It's usually up to two to three times if everything works. If transfer works, you can travel. Expect to travel again if transfer does not work. But here at Bright Futures Families, we really strive for you to match with someone who you're comfortable with and comfortable with traveling. Or if you're not comfortable with traveling, we really try to get you in the area you do live in for that fertility clinic. Also, the fertility clinic is such a small amount of your journey with surrogacy, but it is very important to, you know, grant those wishes for you.

So once again, yeah, no, you don't get to choose the fertility clinic you work with, but we also have to keep in mind and know all those requirements of that fertility clinic as well and making sure you meet those requirements of that fertility clinic. So if you have any more questions or want to explore more ideas of surrogacy or seeing if you're, you know, in able to do surrogacy or if you're into parents and want to know if we have any surrogates in your area, please feel free to reach out on our website, www.brightff.com once again, www.brightff.com and I'm Callie with Bright Futures Families Surrogacy. Hope to hear from you soon.
