What I Do
As a Case Manager, I have the privilege of supporting Gestational Carriers and Intended Parents throughout every stage of their journey together—from match to delivery. I serve as an advocate, coordinator, and trusted support system, helping guide each step with care and clarity.
I work closely with clinics, attorneys, escrow teams, and insurance providers to ensure each journey moves forward smoothly and efficiently. Whether it’s navigating logistics, facilitating communication, or supporting through challenges, I’m there every step of the way.
With a background as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I bring a strong foundation in mental health, relationship-building, and conflict resolution. My goal is to create a supportive, positive experience for everyone involved while helping families move forward with confidence.
One of the most meaningful parts of my role is walking alongside Intended Parents and Gestational Carriers through both the highs and the challenges—celebrating milestones, offering support during setbacks, and ultimately witnessing the incredible moment when a family is created.
Why I Joined the Team
While I was not a surrogate myself, I found myself drawn to the world of surrogacy. Where else can you find a group of people working together towards the very same goal? Everyone wants to make a baby! I call this “my happy job” and I have the honor of supporting people on a very emotional journey. There is nothing more rewarding than helping people build their families.
Fun Facts
I am always cold!
I have been a speaker at mental health conferences in Moldova & Belarus.
I find cooking stressful but baking (mostly) relaxing.
Outside of Work
Outside of work, I love spending time with my family and friends, walking for exercise, going to brunch, reading a good book, and being outside on warm spring and summer days. I also love going to the beach, but I don’t live close enough to the water anymore. (I grew up in sunny Florida.) Road trip, anyone?!
What I’m Learning
Because I am newer to the surrogacy world, I am constantly growing in my understanding of the needs of GCs and IPs. I find value in talking with my partners – be it the GCs, IPs, third party coordinators at clinics, attorneys, mental health professionals, and more. I welcome feedback and hope to grow in my ability to support our IPs & GCs in whatever capacity they need.
