Hi everyone. Ashley Old, case manager with Bright Futures Families Surrogacy, here with your Ask a Surrogate Expert question. And this week's question is I'm pregnant as a gestational carrier. What can I take for a cold? When you're a gestational carrier or pregnant in general, it's really important to check with your doctor before you take anything, even those over the counter meds. That being said, things like rest, fluids and a humidifier are usually safe go tos until you get guidance from your care team. Thanks for the great question.
