Hey, everyone, it's Amanda Kinnard-Fuchsgruber, Director of Bright Futures Families Surrogacy, with this week's Ask Question. And today's question is: Why is BMI so important? And it's complicated. I wouldn't say it's so important, but it is an easy indicator for a clinic on health. So when you're looking at your height and weight, it is something that is easily calculated and able to identify a number. Obviously, there are lots of different types of people. There are lots of different body types. There are lots of things that go into that, not only including, you know, fat and muscle weight, all those lovely different things. And we understand that. We know every person is an individual and we see it that way. We also just know that we do have to abide by clinic and ASRM guidelines, and that is something that they have established in order to decide what they deem as a healthy surrogate. If you have any questions or concerns or need more information on that, we'd love to talk to you, and we hope you have a great week.
